Each month, you will receive a new lesson, mantra, and 4 meditations. During the 8 months, we will also organize two intensive live weekends, which are not mandatory but highly recommended: one after the first 4 months and one at the end of the program.
8 months is a whole month, so you cannot join the training later, as the learning will be upgraded from week to week. Upon registration, you will receive all additional information and recommendations.
