As the new year approaches, many people feel a wave of hope that keeps them in a good mood, at least for the first few days. The will to live and to undertake new ventures is also usually strong at that time. But at the first setback, when things don't go as expected, much of this positivity quickly evaporates. At that time, we often hear: "The year has already started badly, let alone what will happen next."»

In reality, there is nothing wrong with the year itself. The problem is not the number on the calendar, but rather that people with the same old views on life, with the same old beliefs, and with the same weight in their subconscious expect changes in the outside world.

Unfortunately, improvement is not possible in this way, even if the year turns ten more times. Real change is primarily possible only within ourselves. Problems that we are not willing to look into the eyes and start solving do not disappear. They stay with us so that we can gain something from them, learn something, and only then can we say goodbye.

So enter the new year optimistically, open to a new era, but at the same time put on new shoes. Allow yourself a new perspective and a broader understanding of the truth. Persevere with change, even when it becomes uncomfortable, and don't let false comfort push you back into old ruts.

Persevere and you will succeed!
